Information you provide

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address and message. If you use a login-enabled version of the tool, the system may store the email address used for login, account status, employee-row count and usage events needed for support and analytics.

Payroll data

The local version of the tool is designed to store payroll data in the user's browser and use encrypted backup files for recovery. The cloud version stores payroll data on the server for the logged-in account. Payroll data may include employee names, UAN, ESIC IP number, joining dates, wages, contribution amounts, history and return settings. Users should only enter data they are authorised to process.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use browser storage for theme settings, first-use notices, login state or tool data depending on the version. The cloud version may use session cookies for login. Blog pages may use standard hosting logs or analytics if configured by the site owner.

Advertising

If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Ads should not be placed on empty, login-only, alert-only or low-value pages.

Data sharing

We do not sell payroll data. Data may be processed by hosting providers, database services, analytics tools, email services or support tools only as needed to operate and secure the website. Legal or compliance requests may be handled according to applicable law.

We use practical safeguards such as HTTPS hosting, account passwords, server-side encryption for backup/cloud storage where applicable, and limited admin access. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so users should also protect their passwords, devices and exported files.
