EPF ECR preparation

Users can download an EPF contribution template, upload filled data, import old hash-delimited ECR rows, review calculated contribution rows and download the final EPF ECR text file.

ESIC contribution preparation

The ESIC workflow supports Excel template export, filled file import, gross wage checks, paid days, contribution calculation and CSV export for review and filing preparation.

Employee data master

The Employee Data tab supports inline editing, search, export, sample template download and filled employee master import. This helps teams keep UAN, ESIC IP, dates, wage fields and contribution history together.

Local and cloud editions

The local edition stores encrypted data in the user's browser and supports encrypted backup files. The cloud edition stores data on the server for users who want to log in from different browsers and avoid manual backups after every change.

Backup and history

Users can keep generated-file history and use backup options to recover from browser changes, accidental imports or device issues. The cloud edition also supports automatic restore points.
